$99 / visit
Inspection / Bid
The $99 Inspection / Bid: we look at the roof and send a written report. No repairs included. If we have the materials, we can do the work that day. If we don't, we quote it and put you on the schedule. If the roof needs to come off, we bid it.

New roofs
If the roof needs to be replaced, we quote the job and we install it. Hire us for the new roof and the $99 Inspection / Bid comes off that price.

Second homes, cabins, rentals, and the house you live in.
Sublette County is a place people come to and a place people live. A lot of the roofs here are second homes, cabins, rentals, and Airbnbs. They take snow and wind whether anyone is in them or not.
If you are not here, you will not see a loose screw or a failed pipe boot. We will. Each year we inspect, send a dated report, and do the small repairs in the plan.
If this is your year-round house, it is the same membership. The hard part up here is getting a contractor to actually show up. That is what the $99 Inspection / Bid is for. We show up.

We hang them and take them down each year. Price depends on the house and how many strands. Your lights or ours. Members get preferred pricing or a credit.
The report
A written roof report after every inspection.
You keep dated photos and findings. Each item is marked satisfactory, monitor, needs maintenance, or replace.

Wind damage — patched, then two new panels
Wind lifted metal. We patched it, came back, and replaced two panels.
A new roof
Fix a small problem before it becomes a big one. This deck had to come off with the old roof.
